Mission Statement
The Intervention Resource Center mission is to provide referral services, awareness programs, and research
which motivate substance abusers and their families to accept help and get on the pathway to recovery for the
betterment of themselves, their employers, and their communities.
To OUR Customers: we offer innovative solutions by providing information and referral services to motivate the
family or employer of an addict to access appropriate care for family members and the addict.
To OUR Employees: we will recruit quality people with needed skills, support development, and maintain an
environment that fosters professionalism, dignity, and respect.
To OUR Providers: we will maintain mutually beneficial relationships with service providers adhering to high
quality standards and ethical business practices.
